If you don't know me already, my name is Kelly O'Neal, I'm 38 and spent the last few years on a mission to lose 45 Lbs and get the body I had in high school.

I came home from a vacation with my husband a few years back and was mortified when I saw myself in the pictures. I said that's it! I Need to make changes right now!

The most important thing to me was to tone and loose the weight... 90% of every diet program, pill, fad diets etc... Just try to get you to drop weight but not tone and create lean muscle. What good is loosing the weight but not adding muscle???

 

I want you to know that I'm just a normal person living a normal life (well that's what I tell myself LOL) with a husband and 2 kids and up until about 3 years ago, I never used to have an issue with my weight at all.

Before I started having weight problems  I regularly jogged, hiked, went to the gym and was generally very active and it was only a sudden change in my life that meant I had to unfortunately stop all these activities.

No 'sob story' here because we don't have the time. What I do hope is that you'll spend the next 60 seconds reading this through because it'll almost certainly save your health, your money as well as a lot of time and heart ache.

Very Quickly, Here Are The Diets That Didn't Work For Me...

Well of course when I heard about The Atkins craze I thought I'd check it out, I figured a diet where I could eat all the fats I wanted and didn't have to count calories as well go hungry was a winner for me!!!

Let me tell you this... A few weeks into this diet I felt horrible! I had zero energy, digestive issues, and felt like I was just pouring raw sludge into my blood stream. I had thought that with all this protein that I would increase muscle mass; never happened!

I jumped on the South Beach Diet with basically the same results although I could seem to handle the food a little easier.

I Did Try Weight Watchers...

I thought the counting points for what you are eating was a pretty cool idea. So I joined, got weighed in, got my little journal and book and off I went. So for the first week I did great actually lost 2 pounds, went to the meetings etc...

The slowly started skipping the journal, missed a few meetings and quit. Trying to get the meetings was hard with the kids, husband and just life in general.

It was pricy as well... Plus with the economy the way it is I knew that I couldn't keep up with the membership payments.

So I Said Screw It I'll Do It Myself!

I bought every new Diet E-book I could get my hands on followed the plans, meals and workout routine to the point where I had zero time for myself!

So I said I'll by the top selling pilates and exercise DVD's that are out there. So I did... They are still in the cellophane wrapping, never opened!

Joined the Gym down the street, got a pretty good deal. Went 3 times in the first month it was obvious I needed something I can do from home if I were to stick with it.

And Here's How I Lost 20Lbs In 31 Days...

My girlfriend told me that she found this website "The Fitness Model™" that Jennifer Nicole Lee created. She found it by accident watching Oprah one day and decided to check it out.
